Our attorneys represent clients who are physically abused or who are in danger of being physically abused by someone they know, to help them obtain a restraining order to prevent abuse. The Firm also obtains restraining orders or injunctions for clients who are being prevented from doing something they are legally entitled to do (ie: attend school, construct a house), or clients who want to prevent someone from doing something they are not legally entitled to do.
