Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein represents students in kindergarten through college, in the areas of special education, school discipline, suspensions and expulsions, student rights and child placement. In practicing special education law, the Firm represents parents whose children are entitled to services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. We help parents navigate the world of individualized education plans (IEP) and Section 504 Plans, including attendance at TEAM meetings, in an effort to ensure that students receive the education to which they are entitled.
